One-time personal license.

Allowed use

Use Listenara only with audio you own, created yourself, are authorized to access, or have permission to record, transcribe, or translate. You are responsible for following applicable recording, privacy, copyright, workplace, school, and platform rules.

Do not use Listenara to bypass DRM or capture protected streaming services.

License scope

A Listenara Personal License is a US$29 one-time license for one buyer. It may be activated on up to 3 personal Macs used by that buyer. It is not a subscription and does not require an account.

License key and activation

Keep your license key private. The app stores the activated license key in macOS Keychain and stores a signed activation receipt locally. Activation contacts the license server once to enforce the limit of 3 personal Macs.

If you replace, erase, or lose access to a Mac and reach the activation limit, email support from the purchase email address. Include the license ID if you have it. Do not send your full license key unless support specifically asks for it.

Trial, payment, and refunds

The trial includes 60 transcription minutes. After the trial ends, saved sessions and exports remain available, but new transcription requires an activated license.

PayPal checkout and license email delivery happen outside the local app. If a purchase or license email fails, contact support from the purchase email address.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Include the purchase email address, license ID if available, and a short description of the issue. If a license key is not delivered or activation fails, support will help resolve the issue.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy Policy explains what stays local and what limited online requests may happen. Listenara may check for app updates and show a prompt when a newer version is available.

No warranty

Listenara is provided as-is. Transcription and translation quality can vary by audio quality, language support, macOS version, and installed Apple language models.
