How It Works

Choose audio, read live text, and keep what matters.

  1. Choose audio. Use your microphone or system audio, or import one existing audio file from the File menu.
  2. Transcribe and translate. Read live text in the native Recorder, with optional paired translation.
  3. Review and organize. Stop saves the recording automatically so you can name, tag, play, export, or move it to recoverable Trash.

Only record or transcribe audio you own, created yourself, are authorized to access, or have permission to record.

Your recordings stay yours.

Listenara uses Apple frameworks on your Mac for transcription and translation.

Audio, transcripts, translations, and Library organization stay on your Mac. Listenara has no cloud transcription, account, or in-app analytics.
