What stays local

• Transcription and translation use local Apple frameworks on your Mac.
• The app does not send audio to a cloud transcription service.
• No account sign-in is required.
• No analytics are built into the app.
• The browser preview runs only on your Mac.

Website statistics

The Listenara website records first-party aggregate counts such as page views, download clicks, and checkout status. These counters do not use cookies, store IP addresses, track unique visitors, or collect audio, transcripts, saved sessions, license keys, or local device names.

Limited online requests

Listenara may check for app updates. It also contacts the license server once when you activate a paid key. These requests do not send audio, transcripts, saved sessions, or exports.

After activation, transcription does not require another online license check.

Payment boundary

PayPal checkout and license email delivery happen outside the local app.
